We hope you enjoy the purchases you make from Siaree Home Decor. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights on in accordance with this Return Policy.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of an item. Return requests after this time will not be approved.

Items to be returned must be in the original condition.

All items for returning must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not be able to accept any return without these requirements being met.

In the unlikely event of damaged items please email us within 24 hours.

To start the returns process, you should email us at info@siareehomedecor.co.uk requesting a return. Include your name, order number and details of the item(s) you want to return.

We do not cover the return shipping costs and original postage costs are non-refundable.

Once we have received the item that you wish to return, we will check the item within 5 days. If we confirm that the item and your returns procedure comply with the requirements we will let you know that your return has been received and accepted. You will receive a refund via your original payment method, usually within 10 days of a return being accepted.

The parcel returned is your responsibility until they are received back to us, therefore we recommend you use a registered insured postal service and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
